The gadget blogs are buzzing about the introduction of a Panasonic Toughbook ultra mobile, powered by the Atom CPU. Despite it's mini-me size, and glorified Blackberry looks, this 5.6" display tough cookie is running ...Windows Vista (or XP)! Oh my!
